The Burkholz Insurance Group Customer Messaging Program ("Program") allows individuals who have requested a quote or who are current policyholders to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Burkholz Insurance Group ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number provided. Messages sent through the Program may include:
The Program is operated by Burkholz Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency located at 561 E 1150 S, Kaysville, UT 84037.
You may opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, by providing your mobile number to one of our agents and verbally agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting a designated keyword to our messaging number if one is provided to you. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Burkholz Insurance Group.
Message frequency varies depending on your quote status and policy activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Burkholz Insurance Group does not charge for messages sent through the Program, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further messages from the Program unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and factors outside our control.
The Program is available to individuals 18 years of age or older who are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and who reside in a jurisdiction where the Program is offered.
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through the Program is used only to provide the messages described above. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
